  • Yes, simply purchase via our ticket partner, Fanbase. You can use your ticket for a single session (general skating and Disco sessions included).  Tickets are not bookable by date or session and need to be used before their expiry date.

    You can also pay at the door. Cash or card accepted.

  • Yes, on arrival come to the Box Office and pay for your tickets

  • Admission for ages 5 and above: £12, payable at the box office upon arrival.

    Admission under age 5: Free

    Skate hire: £4 per person

  • Yes, both welcome.

  • “Penguins” and “Polar Bears” for smaller children are available to hire at £5, subject to availability.

    These are a push along skate aid which have handles that children can easily grip and are weighted to offer stability on the ice.

    Tickets are purchased at the Box Office on arrival and the aids are collected from the Skate Hire.

    Please note that skate aids are not permitted on Disco sessions.

  • Lockers for skaters are available in the Skate Hire area.  There is a £5 cash deposit which is payable at the box office upon arrival and refundable on return of the key to the box Office.

  • Yes we do.

    Drop off your skates to the box office during opening hours.  The turnaround service is 48 hours but if you need them sharpened while you wait (Instant) this is possible but subject to staff availability.

    If you need your hockey skates “Baked” please book this in advance with the Box Office on 0131 337 6933.

  • It is cold in the Ice Arena, so wrap up well. A warm jacket, gloves and hat and thick socks are recommended and you can bring your own helmet for extra safety if you choose.

    Helmets are on sale at the Rink Rats Shop in the arena if this is something you are interested in.

    We also sell gloves and socks.

  • The smallest size is a child UK 5 in a single bladed skate.   

    Bob skates are available in a child UK 7 and expands to child UK 13.  Bob skates strap over the child’s trainers and have 2 blades. 

    The largest size is an adult UK 15.  

  • Yes, there is free parking at the facility. On-site parking may be affected if there is a large scale event at Murrayfield Stadium.

    There is free parking for users of the facility for the majority of the days of the year.

  • Yes, our stewards are qualified for first aid.
